Since 2008, a profound transformation has been undertaken at TRONICO by Patrick Collet, its Managing Director, in order to ensure the durability and safeguard of jobs and to develop the company's activities preserving its jobs.
Wishing to give meaning and values to its products and to meet environmental challenges, TRONICO then began an audacious strategic shift centred on innovation.
To carry out this strategy, it was necessary to break the codes of subcontracting, by creating a design office in order to create own brands. Initiated by an innovation committee supported by the General Management, this R&D department currently has 70 multi-physics engineers.
From this strategy, combining engineering and market vision, as well as the awakening of new environmental issues, was born Tame-Power®.
Growing concerns about water quality led to the creation of Tame-Water®a pioneer in monitoring and global assessment of water quality with bioassays.
Tame-Component® and Tame-Test® offer solutions for component analysis and test benches, respectively.
Finally, Tame-Care® , which was created at the heart of the pandemic in order to respond to the new health issues.
All these products and services are designed, industrialized and marketed in Saint-Philbert-de-Bouaine, in Vendée (France).
